Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
 
1. Strategic & Business Planning
  • Act as a proxy for the executive, ensuring their strategic priorities are accurately represented in meetings and communications.
  • Research, outline, and draft materials for board meetings, quarterly business reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Track and measure progress on annual corporate goals and strategic projects, flagging potential risks and roadblocks.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Compile and analyze operational data and financial metrics to assist in executive decision-making.
  • Prepare periodic reports and recommendations on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
3. Executive Operations & Project Management
  • Own and drive specialized strategic projects (e.g., market research, operational rollouts, change management initiatives) from conception to completion.
  • Gatekeep and manage complex calendars with a strategic lens, ensuring the executive’s schedule maps directly to company objectives.
4. Stakeholder & Communications Management
  • Draft, edit, and format high-level correspondence, memos, and internal/external communications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the executive office, department heads, and external partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in an EA, Chief of Staff, or business strategy role, ideally reporting directly to C-Suite or senior leadership.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of corporate strategy, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in interpreting data and building clear reports/presentations (e.g., AI tools, MS Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Discretion: High emotional intelligence, discretion, and strict adherence to handling confidential data.
