Center Head (Vice Principal)- Preschool and Daycare, Mumbai (Airoli & Ghansoli)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: Shift Timings - 8.30 AM - 5 PM, Sundays off

As Vice Principal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Principal and ensuring the center runs seamlessly:

Daycare & Program Management

• Oversee entire daycare operations including teachers, maids, and daily program execution.
• Manage groceries, materials, and activity requirements efficiently.

Centre Administration

• Handle data entry in CRM for Preschool and Daycare.
• Follow up on enquiries and fee collections diligently.
• Manage permissions for field trips, events, and community activities.

Parent & Enquiry Engagement

• Take charge of handling walk-ins and enquiries post 5 pm.
• Engage parents with warmth and clarity, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.

Partnership & Business Support

• Manage third-party activity class partnerships.
• Work closely with the Principal to achieve centre targets and support admissions growth.

Key Requirements

• Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in school operations, daycare, education, retail, or service-oriented roles.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Experience in operations, administration, or team coordination is preferred.
• A genuine love for children and passion for education is essential.
• Proficiency with basic data entry / CRM tools.

Growth Path

This role is designed to groom future leaders. Outstanding Vice Principals can grow to become Principals (Centre Heads), taking on full leadership responsibility for their own centres - and eventually move into School Leader or Cluster Operations roles, managing multiple preschools.
