Job Description:
The Cluster Manager Sales will lead and manage a team of Sales Officers within a defined geographical area (cluster) to achieve business targets in Home Loans. This role involves driving sales strategy, managing team performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze the local housing finance market trends, competitor activity, and customer demographics to develop an actionable sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to set realistic and challenging sales targets for the branch.
- Identify and develop new sourcing channels like DSAs, builders, real estate agents, and digital platforms to diversify lead sources.
- Develop strategies to maintain a healthy loan portfolio by balancing growth and risk, focusing on minimizing NPAs.
Build and strengthen the company’s presence in the local market through strategic partnerships and community engagement.
