Job Description:

Designation – Senior Manager / Manager

Location – Any

Job deliverables –

  • Responsible for overall end user service delivery and SLA Compliance.
  • Promptly respond and resolve incidents reported via email / phone with top prioritization given to senior members of the firm.
  • Need technically strong candidate has hands-on experience in desktop, laptops, printer, audio-video conferencing, and network with team-leading skills.
  • Should have experience in Daily/Weekly Reporting and Team Management skills.
  • Implement effective IT security applications on systems to ensure the security of data in coordination with the other IT team members.
  • Periodic review with end user vendors and negotiate pricing of capital expenses.
  • New technology evaluation of laptops, printers, end user applications.
  • Good organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability by maintaining high customer satisfaction per firm standards
