Job Description:

Location - SOLAPUR
- Developing and managing a distribution network - drive growth in sales.
- Must be able to influence the decision makers in individual bungalow, kothi and apartment construction business.
- Strong connect with Local architects, builders and electricians (preferred)
- Enhancing and maintaining client relationships.
- Gain customer orders by product demonstration and price negotiation.
- Ensuring payment compliance of customers through regular follow-up and contact.
- Informing the customers about the various schemes and offers of the company, reminding and encouraging them to achieve scheme targets by presenting final discounts and prices.
- Coming up with ideas and suggestions in order to increase the brand presence in the market.
- B Being aware of market trends and competitor schemes and prices
