Regional HR Executive at Kolkata for a broking firm
Job Description:
Supporting Regional Business Heads (including Finance, Retail Assets and Liabilities) in
closing recruitment requirements within specified time frames
? Conduct induction programs for new joiners to facilitate training requirements and ensure
smooth delivery
? To ensure required statutory compliance, regulatory and audit requirements are compiled within
desired timeframes.
? Assisting Central Office in providing MIS on headcount and maintaining accuracy,
leave/attendance, recruitment, training, employee management and other related HR activities.
? Conduct employee engagement activities as per initiatives communicated by central team. Also
designing region specific requirements as per business needs
? Track and implement employee performance appraisal programs in the region
? Ensuring due process in conducting separation process of employees in the region. These
include regular departures, absconding cases, disciplinary cases, sudden separation and/or
retirement.
