Travel Required: No. May be in case if any event comes up

Reports to (Title of Manager): DGM Advertising & Communications

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: BMS with Marketing Specialization/ BA/ BCom with Marketing inclination & experience. Should be comfortable with use of website CMS technology for website update. Will need to work on basic photoshop if need be for website related images. Website CMS data entry as well as basic photoshop training can be given on job.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 ·         Website CMS data updating for divisional product update

·         Basic use of photoshop software ( which can be learned on job) for creating product images in specific sizes for website update

·         Coordination with divisions for getting data for website update.

·         Coordination for app data with respective divisions.

·         Coordination for events –  on ground inspection, team co-ordination, administrative work for exhibitions like Plast India in terms of Stay arrangements/ transport arrangements/ team follow ups etc.

·         Product data base maintenance, Excel listing for app/ web update, sharing of hi res images to teams whenever asked for.

·         Keeping a database of divisional exhibition participation

·         Divisional enquiry tracking for website/ app/ any other source.

·         Any other ad hock marketing communication related work
