The specialist would be well versed with all HR Operations functions and are pivotal in ensuring the seamless and effective operation of the Human Resources department. This role encompasses the meticulous management of HR operations and also payroll by adherence to HR compliance and regulatory standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Recruitment with real time hands on experience on portals
- Should be able to close position on own and along with recruitment consultants.
- Build a strong pipeline and database for the upcoming season and revive the evaluation process for robust screening.
- Onboarding: Very closely managing employee life cycle from offer to joining by adhering to the process.
- Adhere to the company’s Background screening process with timely closure of the same.
Qualifications:
- MBA HR / Any graduate
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills,
- Adept at handling confidential information discreetly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
