Job Title: Assistant Manager I/Assistant Manager II
Department: Membership
Reports to: Associate Vice President Experience: 3-4 years
Required Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Management
Preferred Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Management. Any additional qualification in finance/management shall be considered favorably
Skill, Knowledge Trainings: The incumbent should have excellent communication skills, be able to understand and analyze financial statements, basic understanding of KYC related compliance.

Functional Competencies:
- Should be able to understand and analyze audited financial reports.
- Preferably should have the basic understanding of the financial products like Securities, Forex, Derivatives and Money market instruments.
- Should have good working knowledge of MS Excel. Should have exposure to testing of software's.
Job Purpose:
The key responsibilities of the incumbent includes handling daily operations of membership department, undertaking member and Client on-boarding activities, checking KYC of members/clients, checking financial statements, coordinating with internal teams, testing software related changes, BCP activities. The position would involve extensive interaction with the members, attending to their queries, etc.
Area of Operations Key Responsibility
- Member On-boarding Day to day operations
- KYC related operations Query resolution
- MIS preparation and UAT Data preparation and submission, System
- related changes and testing
- Financial statements collation and review, internal and external audit
- Checking financials data of members, Audit
- Regulatory reporting Accuracy of data submission
Any Other Requirement:
Good team player with an eye for detail. The incumbent must demonstrate the following personal attributes sincerity, integrity, punctuality. The candidates may be required to sit late sometimes due to work exigencies.
