Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth in the assigned location by sourcing new customers and increasing the market share for commercial vehicle finance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, DSAs, and direct customers.

Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve location-specific goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Set clear targets for the team and ensure accountability.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly.

Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for product or service enhancements.

Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and compliance guidelines.
