Sr. Manager Finance - Treasury Mumbai

Job Description:

Finance 1.   Arrangement of funds for working capital & Project Finance from various banks / Fis.
  (Borrowing side)  
  2.  Good knowledge on options on investing side. (investing side)  
  3.   Handles Cash management, Forecast cash flow positions & related borrowing needs
  4.   Hedging for fx exposures  
  5.   Maintain banking relationships & relationship with credit rating agencies.  
  6. Can handle CMA and other regular reporting requirements of banks / RBI        
  7.   Working capital control (Debtors, creditors and inventories)  
  8. Oversee credit limits for customers  
Accounts 1. Oversee HO Accounting & Consolidation  
  2. Prepare HO MIS and review of MIS of all locations including GL Review  
  3. Calculation of Income tax and Deferred Tax Liability  
  4. Ensuring compliances  
  5. Preparation of results for stock exchange, SEBI Reporting compliances, CARO Compliances
 

6. Analyse the results for presentation of credit rating agencies
