Sales MIS and Dashboard professional on Third party payroll, BKC, Mumbai
Job Description:
- Data transformation tool (any one must have): Alteryx/ Knime/PL-SQL etc
- Visualization tools - Tableau / BI / Power BI/ Qlik Sense.
The candidate should have 4 to 10+yrs yrs of work experience in the data analysis segment; Experience in Beverage / FMCG industry is most preferred be preferred.
- Knowledge of FMCG / Beverage industry S & D Operation
- Excel & Advance Excel functionalities
- Expertize in Power Point Presentations for Top & Middle level management
- Converting the large quantum of data in useful information perspective as per user requirement
- Analyzing the data in such way that it should be useful for sales team consumption for decision making
- Data Massaging / Visualization tools - Alteryx/ Knime/ Tableau / BI / Power BI/ SQL/ Google Analytics et
- Knowledge of Sales domain in FMCG / Beverage industry
- Analysis across various sales related platforms as - Sales Incentive, SKU – Market basket
- Sales Forecasting / Projections
- Distributor sales analysis
- Category understanding - read out the category data from third party – as Nielsen / Kantar etc
- Equipped with latest technology tools as Gen AI, Various automation platforms, Data Lake etc.
Key duties:
1. Working on computer statistical systems, compiling of data and churning of MIS report
2. Collecting business sales figures, compiling the same on a day to day basis
3. Handling primary and secondary sales data across verticals
4. Developing tracking systems and formats
5. Downloading report from SFA /SAP system at all levels for brand-wise/ SKU wise / region wise for sales data and various other MIS reports
6. Churning out reports from SAP, cross-checking the same with the sales figures received from Business Head and correcting in case of discrepancies
7. Assisting various departments like marketing and sales with various information and reports
8. Basic data maintenance
9. Supporting MIS manager for preparation of any presentations
10. Preparation of exceptional reports.
11. Working on sales Incentives calculation and finalizing the sales team ABP.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
The candidate should have 4 to 8 yrs of work experience in the data analysis segment; Experience in Beverage / FMCG industry is most preferred, even the candidates from agency like Nielsen, Kantar etc can be preferred
