JOB DESCRIPTION

Job / Position Title: CLIENT RELATIONSHIP & GROWTH 
Function / Department: Compliance and Governance
Designation: KAO
Grade / Level in Org Structure: Executive
Position reports to: HOD

Primary purpose of the position: The job role involves performing the below activities for an esteemed Client

  • Assist with the management of all compliance-related activities for the client.
  • Assist with risk assessment, reviews, monitoring & managing compliance for clients
  • Provide advice, guidance, and support to the client with regard to compliance
  • Good expertise in payroll & establishment compliance
  • Drafting of legal notices, complaints, replies, and other documents in adherence with the legal matter
  • Liasoning with Advocates (associates)/ Govt. department.

Essential duties/responsibilities of the position:

  • Compliance deliveries as per TAT
  • Compliance Advisory and query resolutions on time
  • Ensuring Audit and Compliance as per the schedule and update of the report in time on PAN India basis
  • All license to be renewed within the due date and ensure its should reach the client before escalation
  • All inspection to be cleared with prior approval taken by the client Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities  Good knowledge in Establishment Audits, Statutory Audit, Compliance, Statutory Audits, HR Compliance Audit, Shops & establishment
  • Updated on State Labour Laws (across the country)
  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
  • Proficient in MS Office

EDUCATION: Graduate in any discipline, Preferably a MBA/ PGDBM from a reputed Institute
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-3 year
NATURE OF EXPERIENCE: (IN SPECIFIC SECTOR / POSIITON / ROLE)

  • Good in managing tough clients
  • Ability to meet statutory deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, liasoning skills, writing & drafting skills.
