Job Description:

Location:  BKC Office -Mumbai

Working Days : 5 Days from Office 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute sales /marketing Adhoc projects, with a focus on data management & presentation through MS Excel & Power Point.
• Assist the Business Head P2C with executive assistant duties, including calendar management, meeting coordination, Market travel arrangements and communication handling.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and successful completion of initiatives.
• Coordinate with various departments to align project objectives with business goals.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support project development and strategy.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams to drive project success.

Mandatory Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills, Must have worked in as Executive assistant role in any one of the stint.
• Good in Excel and PowerPoint. Should have worked on Excel with Pivot, Vlookup, Sumifs & other graphical data visualization tools.
• Mature and professional demeanour
• Good coordination and organizational skills
• Presentable and capable of performing executive assistant duties

Contract Details:


• Initial 6-month contractual role under TeamLease payroll
• Performance review at the end of 6 months
• Potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance and capabilities

Qualifications:


• MBA preferred, Full time Graduation is must. Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in sales and marketing
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively and achieve business objectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
