Day to Day Order Management , Stock Replenishment planning for all the CFA under location ,basis pull based Inventory Norm. Finalization of stocks movement plans and share with Central planning team / plants within stipulated time frame. |

Vehicle planning for season and off season , Vehicle management - To Monitor and ensure Vehicle space utilization 90%, running KM management of Vehicles |
|
Monitoring of Cold room temperature and to ensure Temperature as per set norms. |
|
Review the monthly service level of all CFAs on many parameters such as Order to execution TAT, Inventory Accuracy Level, Warehouse Management & Responsiveness Level. |
|
Interpret trends and analyse and review forecast data. Provide meaningful support to Sales team |
|
Keep track of slow moving and obsolete stock |
Logistics , Coldroom Management , Vendor Management, Planning , SAP
