Job Description:
-
- Onboarding of Channel Partners on to the Company Platform to create a network of different lead partners Web/ Non Web.
- Responsibility of all Channel Partner service related activities, tracking & monitoring of business through Field Team.
- Coordination with Partners and Business team to maximize output
- Close Coordination with Support functions like IT, Product, Credit and Ops for Process development & deployment of various modules
- Support robust lead generation capturing and tracking of business origination by the Tele & Web channels
- Undertaking IT integration projects for fulfilling business requirements
- Analysis of traffic and business being driven from various external channel partners and co-ordination for corrective actions
SKILL SET REQUIRED
- To Drive & Increase the Digital business contribution focusing Premium Segment Vehicles contribution.
- New aggregator acquisition onboarding & business development with existing set of Aggregators. To ensure growth in Lead Management business.
- Ensuring Leads Quality and Conversion.
- To Drive the 3M Hard leads through aggregators
- Extend full support & assistance to field team in driving & achieving the AOP numbers. MIS tracking and coordinating with field for conversion of logins and Enquiries.
