Job Description:

Designing, Implementing, Controlling and Monitoring Compensation Policy
Preparation of compensation budgets
Compensation benchmarking for India & overseas markets
Creation & Implementation of Incentive/ Bonus/ Performance Pay Plans within the Statutory
Framework
Sound understanding of statutory regulation related to compensation
2: Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this
job)
Compensation and Benefits
Responsible for compensation & benefits benchmarking for Indian & overseas markets
Preparation & monitoring of compensation budgets
Preparation of various compensation stimulations
Understanding of statutory framework wrt LWF, PF, ESIC, Min wages etc
Responsible for successful implementation of Total reward framework.
Responsible for creation of compensation structures & aligning employees with the grid.
Responsible to ensure and provide necessary data monthly, including new hires, salary
change etc for payroll process (including pre‐payroll) in a timely manner.
