ROLE PROFILE/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

  • iCRM Master Management
  • Process Handling – NOC, RC Updation, Loan Cancellation, Personal details change
  • Manage process compliances through stringent control measures
  • iCRM Audit
  • Coordination with Vendors
  • Coordination with Internal team and IT

 

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREA

 

  • Quality monitoring of the processes and Improvements
  • RCAs and Improvement in the processes to control escalations
  • Improvement in customer request resolution %
  • Process improvements & enhancements
