Job Title: Institutional Sales BDM - Compliance Services
Location: Mumbai
Position Overview: The Institutional Sales BDM will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our compliance services to banks and their branch networks. This role requires a deep understanding of the banking industry, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to articulate the value of compliance solutions to a diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate the banking sector and increase market share.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in banks, including compliance officers and branch managers.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to tailor compliance service offerings that meet specific requirements.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our compliance services and the regulatory landscape to effectively communicate benefits and solutions.
Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders, showcasing the value of our compliance solutions.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and service agreements, tailored to the needs of each bank.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align service offerings with market demands.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new sales opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of compliance regulations and challenges faced by banks.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
