Job Description:

Deputy Manager – MIS and Analytics

Location: Mumbai

. Maintain complete updated sales database of the institutional Sales Team, AMC branches on daily, monthly and yearly basis etc.

. Ensure proper relationship mapped as per empanelment and as per data monitoring and mapping in MIS.

. MIS on distributor activation and empanelment.

. Monitor business from newly empaneled distributors and dormant distributors.

. Generating complete & accurate Sales Reports/ MIS like Monthly Sales Report, Monthly Branch Trend, Target vs Actual, Report for Team HR, RM Performance Report for the Sales Team. Also drive respective stakeholders and ensure that the reports do meat timeliness without compromising on accuracy.

. Ensure proper relationship mapped in MIS as per empanelment and as per data monitoring.

. MIS on Upgrade and Downgrade of distributor categories.

. Adhoc reports for the sales team, active inactive data, BD team sales review data, quarterly review data, key counter data, tracking of MIS of Key counter MOM basis, contest MIS etc.

. Share value added contents like “BnD Relationship Update” with the distributors regularly.

. Timely Empanelment of Distributor and ensuring smooth coordination between various departments including Karvy

. MIS on distributor activation and empanelment. Liasoning with Operations team for new empanelment's etc.
