Job Description:
New Customer Acquisition / Increasing Subscriber Base by adding Franchise Partners
/ Local Cable Operator (LCOs).
Generating Revenue & Maximizing Collections through Franchise Partners / Local
Cable Operators (LCOs).
Churn Management & Customer Retention.
Interacting with Franchisee Partners / Local Cable Operators (LCOs) to address their
challenges and provide information about new schemes.
Provide Market & Competition Feedback to the Reporting Manager on a continuous
basis.
Hands of experience of using any Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
like Salesforce / Work Force / Microsoft Dynamics would be a plus.
Ideal candidate will be from Broadband Sales in ISP (Internet Service Provider)
Domain.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education & Experience: Experienced professionals, minimum qualifications required is12th pass with sufficient relevant experience in the related field. For freshers, minimum qualification required is bachelor’s degree.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of broadband technology and internet services.
- Proficiency in local languages and English.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
