MIS Executive off role based at Mumbai

1. Publishing daily reports of NOC and FSD. 
2. Generating adhoc reports required by Management as per requirement.
3. Highlight and follow-up on deviations observed in network reports or processes.
4. Prepare MIS dashboards for Management.
5. Co-ordinate with various teams and measure quality of work.
6. Review processes with Manager and work upon measurable improvements.
7. Willing to learn and put in extra efforts if the work demands it.

                    Policy and Process Compliance

1. Safeguard the organization’s processes and policies.
2. Strict adherence to SOP and the defined processes
3. Encourage consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees and vendors with safety and regulatory requirements, standards, and protocols
4. Confirm your actions are compliant as per Information Security Policy

1. Specialist in Word, Excel and power point.
2. Person with knowledge of using AI in presentations and excel, power point will be preferred.
3. Knowledge & Experience in preparing Gantt charts, pie charts, waterfall charts, histograms.
4. Good mail communication skills.
5. Comfortable working with cross functional teams and drive results on action plans laid.
6. Candidates with prior telecom or broadband experience will be preferred.
7. Positive attitude, well organized, dependable.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
