Job Description:

• Location: Candidates based out of Mumbai only
•  Experience: 3 to 6 years
•  Education: LLB Mandatory
•  Department: Procurement (Contract)
•  CTC: Up to 12.5 LPA for Sr. Executive and up to 15 LPA for Assistant Manager

 Main Key Responsibilities: Negotiated and Drafted Complex Agreements, Litigation & Dispute Resolution.

Industry: Renewables/ Solar/ Wind

 Contract Management: Excels at negotiating contract terms and conditions, monitoring compliance, and recording and approving any adjustments or changes that may be necessary during the implementation or execution of the
contract.
 Legal Research: Facilitated research through various research methodologies such as doctrinal, empirical in accordance with Bluebook and Oscola citation methods.
 Drafting and Conveyancing: proficient in Drafting and Conveyancing specially recovery notices, cheque bounce notices, criminal complaints, legal notices, legal replies, special leave petitions, maintenance, writs etc.
 Legal Writing: Skilled in writing about contemporary, socio-economic, and legal issues.
 Proof Reading: expert in deep analysis of legal documents and contracts (commercial and civil)
 Case Analysis / Case Briefing: Well-versed with dissection of a judicial opinion and preparing a written summary of the basic components of that decision.
 Advisory: Providing effective legal guidance and expertise in relation to interpretation of legal principles.
 Client Briefing: Proficient in preparing a well-rounded brief that outlines the requirements and demands of the case as communicated by a client.
 Commercial Negotiation: Facilitated communication, planning, reviewing, analysis and other activities between buyer and seller to reach an agreement.
 Legal Editing: Skilled at reviewing, copy editing, content editing, and proofreading legal documents.
