Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Institutional Sales role is to identify opportunities and develop relationships with Institutional
Customers and investment of Channel Partners in assigned institutional channels thereby driving & aligning with the business
objectives of the Organisation.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Identifies and cultivates prospects and/or clients.

Design the approach to Institution market – in terms of Customer acquisition, product portfolio, development of SKUs.

Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities

Leads new business meetings and closes sales to institutional customers
 Leverages the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive,
creative, and ongoing contact initiatives

Develops and maintains relationships with distributors & caterers/customers
 Projection & Forecasting of the products required for Institution business
 Overlook business orders, co-ordination and dispatch of orders, invoicing, payment and ensuring post sales customer
satisfaction

Maintaining accurate records, statistics and database of all account information
