Job Description:

Job title: Relationship Officer
Reporting to: State Head- AP Living (Bath Division)

Architect Mapping

-Create a database of all active architects in defined geography.

Through AID visits in designated geo create and maintain tracker to contain AID name, current dealers associated with, brands dealt with, years in business, reverse mapping, ongoing sites, number of sites billed/their value etc.
- Collect and maintain database through current dealers

AID Meetings

-Be the Brand Ambassador for Architects in the assigned territory.
-Conduct regular meetings with AID, educate them about AP Complete Bathing Solutions
-Conduct product briefings through regular contact with AIDs, demonstrate product features through catalogs, samples and collect feedback about the same.
-To keep Architects and key decision makers updated with all new product developments, important modifications. testimonials so as to boost their confidence
- Coordinate and liason with service/Brand team to resolve all AID queries and
- Maintain tracker with weekly visits to architects and updates on the same.
- Pitch premium/luxury and focused products to increase WASP.

Active Firms

-Post gaining the endorsement of an Architect, take customer leads to work on them and convert them.
-To ensure necessary co-ordination with team members, revert to Architect for his information and closing the loop
-To ensure revenue generation targets
-Reverse map showrooms from AID firms and approach them to start with APBD along with retail team.
-Collect testimonials from billed/active firms

AID Interaction/Activities

Conduct AID walkthroughs at BHS/Showrooms/plan and execute AID events/ run schemes
Create an AID engagement plan encompassing :
- AID Meets
- AID scheme - conduct research on competition schemes and propose plan for APL engagement within stipulated budgets

Job Specification

  • Any graduate (Min 50% )
  • The graduation must be through a full time, regular day course.
  • Age: Less than 28 years
  • Languages: Knowledge of English and regional language
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years Business Development preferable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Polished personality with adequate social etiquette
  • Solution providing attitude.
  • Experience of/ Exposure to concept selling rather than product selling
  • Far sight to evaluate unseen problems
  • Strong and effective follow up ability
  • Applicants should be Indian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Should be willing to travel
  • Officer Carder Level
