Job Description:
1) Meet sales and collection targets on monthly basis.
2) Identify new markets and applications for business growth.
3) Sales forecasting, monthly sales and collection plan
4) Follow up with sales coordinator for supplies.
5) Generate customer data base at application/ product level.
6) Produce relevant feedback on customer needs & requirement with respect to product and service.
7) Attend customer complaints, follow up with factories on resolution of the complaint.
8) Close interaction with business development engineer for new business conversion.
9) Identify and recommend new markets & dealers to improve market reach and distribution.
10) Product Demo and presentations to customers.
11) To prepare and submit techno commercial proposals.
12) Relationship management with customers at operating level.
13) Collection of statutory forms.
14) Follow up & colleciton of payment as per approved payment terms.
15) To follow reporting system.
16) To participate in exhibitions for sales and promotion.
17) Monitor competition activities and timely feedback to management. Also evolve strategy to combat competition
18) Monthly reports like typewise sales est on 25th for the following month, collection est on 2nd,
dev chart on 3rd, sample feedback on every Friday, C Form & SEZ forms collection on 8th, claims
for credit note on 10th
19) Review distributor role on orc a/c and suggest suitable modification
20) Monitoring distributor activity on new customer/ business information given to distributor team
21) Compliance of reporting in specified formats like sample requistion, complaint docket, etc.,
22) Improve geographical reach and appoint dealers in unrepresented markets

- Must Lead self and Team
- Need to be good at Business, Market Development & Channel Management – B2B, B2C, C2C etc.
- Responsible of Target achievement and Growth – Sales & Marketing
- Need to have both commercial and accounting common sense
- Maintain highest Ethical protocol during executing the business
