Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and hands-on experience in the maintenance of food
plants. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic approach to
maintenance and operations.
Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
Handle budget planning and control for the maintenance department.
Implement energy-saving measures and sustainability initiatives.
Manage AMC contracts and ensure timely renewals.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the availability of essential spare parts.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Essential Qualifications:
Diploma / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced training or certifications in food plant maintenance or related fields
Additional certifications in HVAC, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), or Energy Management
Skills:
Expertise in food plant maintenance
Strong team handling capabilities
Budget management skills
Knowledge of energy-saving practices
Proficient in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
Hands-on experience in HVAC systems
Proficiency in managing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
Inventory management skills
Proficient in PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance)
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food plant maintenance
Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance of all equipment and machinery in the base kitchen.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
