Job Description:


The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and hands-on experience in the maintenance of food
plants. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic approach to
maintenance and operations.

 Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
 Handle budget planning and control for the maintenance department.
 Implement energy-saving measures and sustainability initiatives.
 Manage AMC contracts and ensure timely renewals.
 Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the availability of essential spare parts.
 Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.
 Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Essential Qualifications:
 Diploma / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Desired Qualifications:
 Advanced training or certifications in food plant maintenance or related fields
 Additional certifications in HVAC, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), or Energy Management
Skills:
 Expertise in food plant maintenance
 Strong team handling capabilities
 Budget management skills
 Knowledge of energy-saving practices
 Proficient in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
 Hands-on experience in HVAC systems
 Proficiency in managing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
 Inventory management skills
 Proficient in PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance)
Experience:
 Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food plant maintenance
Responsibilities:
 Oversee the maintenance of all equipment and machinery in the base kitchen.
 Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
 Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
