Lead – Accounts & Tax (International Business) Mumbai

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the financial controller for 8 entities located in UAE, Thailand, KSA, Bahrain, and any new geographies or entities.
• Possess a strong understanding of the EPC business and PCM method of accounting.
• Utilize SAP for day-to-day accounting tasks and resolve routine issues.
• Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books and complete audits within 30 days.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors to address key audit issues.
• Implement internal controls in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Conduct timely internal and SOX audits along with due diligence.
• Develop and implement monthly business MIS reports.
• Implement business cash flow management and forecasting.
• Deploy funds as per the Board-approved plan.
• Act as an advisor and resolve queries from the CEO and leadership team of the international business.
• Prepare and provide various data points for decision-making.
• Implement corporate tax regulations in UAE and KSA.
• Handle any other activities related to accounts, taxation, and finance as required by management.
• Collaborate closely with the project finance team to plan debt and ensure timely installment and interest payments.
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for any accounting or finance data required within the company or group.
