Job Description:
Detailed Work Profile / Responsiblities
- Perform cash, stock and inventory audits
- Knowledge on MS Office, Excel, PPP and other application
- Conduct Inventory Audits: Perform regular and ad-hoc inventory audits to verify the accuracy of inventory records.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Report Generation: Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, discrepancies, and recommendations for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency
- Daily Wastage Verification Verify and record daily wastage to ensure accurate inventory levels. Investigate discrepancies between recorded and actual wastage. Report findings and recommend corrective actions to reduce wastage.
- Discount Check Review and verify all discounts applied to inventory items Ensure that all discounts are properly authorized and recorded.Identify and report any irregularities or unauthorized discounts.
- Stock Reconciliation Reconcile stock discrepancies by cross-referencing purchase orders, delivery Memo, and sales records.Identify causes of stock variances and implement corrective measures.
- Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Knowledge on MS Office, Excel, PPP and other application
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and inventory control procedures.
